William Howard Jasper passed away on March 27, 2020. William was born in Columbia, Missouri on August 22, 1938, the son of Delbert and Frances Ella Jasper. William is a retired United States Navy Master Chief Petty Officer. After his service, he attended State Tech and graduated with an associate's degree in accounting. He then started his small business, Bill's Baits. William was a semi-pro bass fisherman and an avid deer hunter.
He is survived by his high school sweetheart of 63 years, Frances Jasper; 4 children: Cheryl Walter, Cindy Brown (Mike), Phillip Jasper (Trishia), and Carl Jasper (Shelia); 5 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 sister in Blue Springs, MO; and precious little spoiled dog, Marly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Delbert and Frances Jasper; grandparents; and 1 brother. William is be sorely missed by his family and many friends.
