William Henry Clay, 91, passed away on Thursday, May 20, 2021. His wife,  Annie M. Clay, 90, passed away on May 18, 2021.

Mr. Clay was retired from Memphis Light Gas and Water and Mrs. Clay retired from Memphis City School System. They were a member of Good Hope Baptist Church in Batesville, MS and former members of Rugby Hills Baptist Church in Memphis. Both are survived by two children, Ronald Clay and Gail Starks; 6 grandchildren, Rob Brimhall, Christopher Clay, Misty Moore, Britney Addie, Kimberly Clay and Brandon Clay; also  5 great-grandchildren, Emma and Carter Moore, Aiden and William Clay and Zane Addie; Mrs. Clay's sisters, Faye Benedetto and Katherine McCoy.
