William "Ernie" Austin, 63, died Wednesday January 12, 2011 at home in Memphis, TN. He is survived by his wife: Olivia Austin, son: William Douglas Austin, daughters: Amy Carr and Penny Peeples and Brother: Leland Overstreet. He was preceded in death by his parents: John and Etta Austin and Brothers: Roy and Gene Overstreet. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. on Saturday January 15, at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home in Millington, TN. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday in the Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Chapel with interment to follow in Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
