Vicki Turner, 68, of Brighton, died Thursday, May 2, 2013 at Signature Healthcare in Memphis. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Mrs. Turner loved bird watching, especially hummingbirds. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Eugene Turner; three daughters, Ellen Hardee (Wayne) of Marion, SC; Teresa Mitchell (Dan); and Ronda Palmer (Jim) all of Brighton; grandchildren, April Spivey (Frank); Rachel Keene; Megan Keene; Kelsi Palmer; and Logan Palmer; sister, Ruth Dare; her brother, Lynn Ferrell; and her sister-in-law, Judy Ferrell; and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elvin and Clara Ferrell; her brother, Jack Ferrell; and sisters, Marsha Ortiz and Deborah Brown. The family will receive friends at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Saturday, May 4, 2013 from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday. Interment will be at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
