Thomas Ray Wimberly, Sr., 78, passed away Friday, November 1, 2024, in Little Rock, AR. He leaves behind his high school sweetheart and love of his life, Linda Wimberly; 3 sons, Tommy Wimberly, Jr., John Wimberly and David Wimberly; 2 sisters, Donna Bumgardner and Renee Watts; and 6 grandchildren, Jamie Wimberly, Brittany Wimberly, Josh Wimberly, Nick Wimberly, Sophie Wimberly and Ian Wimberly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Annie Wimberly; and three sisters, Carolyn Ritter, Patricia Parrish and Betty Wimberly.

Thomas was a graduate of Westside High School, class of 1964. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing golf and watching and cheering on his favorite baseball team, the New York Yankees! He was a loving husband and a wonderful father. He was very involved in his children's life, teaching them to play basketball in the driveway, throwing the baseball in the backyard and even coaching his son's baseball team.

Visitation will be held Saturday, November 23, 2024 from 1:00pm-2:00pm with funeral services starting at 2:00pm at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery 6755 Hwy 51, Millington, TN 38053.
