Drummonds - Thomas Cordell Hurst, Jr., age 53, passed away January 28, 2011 at his home in Drummonds, TN. Mr. Hurst was the owner/operator of T.C. Hurst Trucking Company, and was a member of First Baptist Church of Millington. He leaves his wife, Shelley Hurst of Drummonds; two sons, Justin Barnett of Burlison, TN and Christopher Hurst of Memphis, TN; his mother, Elizabeth Hurst of Memphis; one brother, Andrew Hurst of Memphis; and four granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Hurst, Sr. and one son, Bryan Barnett. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until service time at 2 p.m. on Monday, January 31, at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
