Tarah Nicole Maxine Bertrand, 17 of Arlington, TN, passed away May 16, 2023.
Her memory lives on in her parents, Johnny and Karen Bertrand; brothers, Stephen and Daniel Bertrand; Aunts, Kathy Byrd (Doolie) and Tonya Scruggs; Uncles, Chester Waszak (Michelle), Cole King, and Billy Simmons (Gayle); and a host of cousins, extended family, and so many friends. Above all, her best friend, Korbyn Alexander.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Raymond and Carolyn Bertrand, George and Kathy Harvey-Hayes and Aunt Janice Simmons.
Tarah grew up in Collierville, TN where she attended Collierville Schools. She had recently moved to the Arlington/Hickory Withe, TN area, and was a student at Fayette-Ware High School. Tarah planned on pursuing a career in social work, hoping to guide others in their time of need. She was a beautiful, lively young lady, known by her friends and family to be smart, ambitious, and ready for any spontaneous activity. Her outgoing and outspoken personality is unforgettable to family, friends, and countless people she has impacted throughout her life. She enjoyed filming short videos of herself dancing around on TikTok. She was known for always having her hair, make up, and nails done, but wasn't scared to get them dirty either.
Serving as pallbearers are, Chad Freeman, Doolie Byrd, Paul Boyd, Cody Dingus, Jaden Sims, and Aaron Waszak.
