Mrs. Sibyl Travis, 98, born February 25, 1920 in Marion, KY to Thomas Elzy and Gladys McDowell. She is a member of Bartlett Baptist Church and loyal fan of Kentucky Wildcat Basketball. She is preceded in death b y her husband of 67 years, F.W. "Pete" Travis and son, Tommy Lee Travis(Nellie). She is survived by two sons: Dell Ray Travis(Vicki) and Lynn Travis(Karen); five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and many friends. Services will be at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home with visitation Tuesday, July 24th from 12-2 pm with a funeral service to follow.
