Shirley Pauline "Polly" Ervin, 77, was born on August 21, 1933 in Millington, TN and died Friday December 17, 2010 in Jackson, TN. She is survived by her brothers: Rex, Thomas and Wayne Warren, sisters: Betty Talley, Mary Washington and Judy Rushing, grandson: Jason and great-granddaughter: Carly. She was preceded in death by her husband: J.T. Ervin; son: Johnny Ervin Jr.; parents: Hugh and Ethel Warren; brother: Charles Warren and sister: Patty Carlton. Visitation will be held from 12:30-2 p.m. on Monday, December 20, 2010 at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home in Millington, TN.
