Rose Marie Summers Miller, 75, went peacefully to the Lord with her family by her side Tuesday, October 8, 2013. She is survived by five children, seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Henry Miller and her daughter Evelyn Proctor. Rose was loved by all who surrounded her. There wasn't a bird with a broken wing that she wouldn't assign a solution to from her perch at the kitchen table. Many troubled people, family and friends alike, benefitted from her counsel, her wit, wisdom, and faith in the Lord. The family will receive friends at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Friday, October 11, 2013 from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be at Saint Williams Catholic Church in Millington at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 12, 2013 with the Rite of Christian Burial immediately after at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Millington Crisis Center at 8133 Wilkinsville Road Millington, TN 38053.
