REBA HARMON McCLUSKEY, 91, of Athens, Ohio, died Monday morning, September 2, 2013 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. Born March 22, 1922 in Sallis, Mississippi, she was the daughter of the late Grover Cleveland Harmon and Emma Kate Boyette Harmon. She was a graduate of Durant (Mississippi) High School. She was a former resident of Memphis, TN and Jacksonville, FL prior to moving to Athens, Ohio. She was a member of Northview Baptist Church, Frayser, TN. She and her late husband enjoyed camping (visiting all of the states excluding Alaska) and were members of the Holiday Rambler Camping Club. She enjoyed gardening, canning vegetables and crafts. Reba is survived by a daughter, Mary (John) Winnett of Athens, Ohio; two sons, John T. "Tommy" (Jackie) McCluskey, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL and Michael McCluskey of Athens, Ohio; six grandchildren: Shaun (Sandy) Winnett, Kevin (Roxanne) Winnett, Jason Winnett, Lindsey Winnett, Heather (Jeff) Spilman and Lacy Golden; two great-grandchildren, Amya and Connor; a sister, Patricia (Charles) Long of Amory, MS and a brother, Louis (Margaret) Harmon of Madison, TN. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John T. McCluskey, U.S. Navy, Retired Chief; an infant daughter, Melinda Ruth McCluskey; a son, David McCluskey and a sister, Dorothy Price. Funeral service will be conducted Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home, Millington, TN. Friends may call Friday, 6-7:30 p.m. at the the funeral home. Burial will be in Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery, Millington, TN.
