Atoka - RAYMOND W. RUTLEDGE, 79, loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather (Papa Rusty), passed away June 26, 2009. Rusty was owner of Rutledge & Sons Construction Company for 21 years. He was a member of Faith Assembly of God Church. He is survived by Joyce, his wife of 59 years; 7 children, Mary Espinoza of Munford, TN; Johnny Rutledge of Woodstock, GA; Patsy Hendren of Millington, TN; Terry Rutledge of Kennesaw, GA; Shirley Payne of Manchester, TN; Mike Rutledge of Atoka, TN; Chris Rutlege of Atoka, TN; 17 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
