Phyllis M. Medvetz, passed away Friday, August 28, 2009.
A graveside service was held Tuesday September 1, 2009 at
Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
She was born May 31, 1930 in Cleveland, OH.
Widow of her loving husband Joseph Medvetz, who died
December 1990. She is survived by Nephews and Nieces in Cleveland, OH. She was a Secretary for a Construction Company in Cleveland, OH. Then retired in 1979, When she moved to Springville, TN. She was a member of Antioch United Methodist
Church in Springville, TN. Where there will be a Memorial Service will be held at 10:30am Thursday September 3, 2009.
Officiated by Rev. Paul McAdoo. In Lieu of flowers donations
May be sent to the Antioch Church Building Fund.
