Peggy Cagle Burrough, 66, died Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Desoto. Her grandchildren were the center of her life. She enjoyed reading, artistry, feeding birds in her garden, and gardening. She especially enjoyed her neighbors and watching the neighborhood children grow up. She nurtured the animals in the neighborhood, taking in as many strays as she could. However, the grandchildren were the center of her life. Mrs. Burrough loved her role in the family, especially as "Mimi". The Burrough''s were members of both Mineral Wells Baptist and Trinity Baptist Church. Her survivors include husband, Larry Burrough of Southaven; daughter, Dawn Renee (Craig) Morehead of Lake Cormorant; son, Daniel Forrester of Ames, IA; grandchildren, Katie Morehead and Conner Morehead: and brother, Billy (Sherri) Cagle of Olive Branch. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Edward and Audrey Mae Roberson Cagle. The family will receive friends at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, from 12:30 - 2:00. Funeral Services will be at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 2:00. Interment will be at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery. A catered event at the funeral home has been planned for friends and family following interment.
