Parker Landon Graham was born on Friday, May 25, 2012, to parents Andre Graham and Christin Love at the Baptist Memorial Hospital of Memphis. Parker''s family was blessed with almost 4 months with Parker, before he went to his heavenly home on Thursday, September 13, 2012. Parker experienced holding hands with his mommy and daddy, hugs and kisses from his family and being told "I love you" an uncountable amount of times. Parker is deeply loved by his mommy and daddy, his grandparents, his great-grandparents, his aunts and uncles, his cousins and many others. Parker will always remain his parents'' precious baby and they will hold him again in heaven one day. Visitation will be at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 19 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. with funeral services following.
