Effama Frances "Pam" Tillman, 92, died Thursday, January 8, 2015 at Methodist University Hospital. At age 16 she was writing music and even had one song recorded. She was an artist, too. Her first job was for Goldsmith's Downtown in the Hosiery Department. Mrs. Tillman was a bank teller for United American Bank until her retirement. She was a member of the Navy Wife's Club, and enjoyed Square Dancing with her husband, baking, and being with people. Mrs. Tillman''s survivors include three daughters, Melody Tillman of Millington; Shari Dodson of Memphis; and Penny Leach of Kalamazoo, MI; one son, A. Rick (Marilyn) Tillman of Cordova; Four Grandchildren; and Five Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Anderson A. Tillman. The family will receive friends at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, from 5-7. Funeral Services will be at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 1:00. Interment will be at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
