Ollie Margaret Brown Miller, 86, of Georgia formerly of Memphis, passed away quietly at Starcrest Nursing Home in Cartersville, GA with her family on September 20, 2010. She has joined her Lord and Savior and is at peace after a long decline in health. Margaret was a longtime member of West Frayser Baptist Church in Memphis and Faith Baptist Church in Atoka, TN. She enjoyed teaching children''s Sunday School classes and always loved singing in the choir. She always had a smile and an encouraging word for all those she met or knew. Margaret was preceded in death by her loving husband of sixty years, Virgil L. Miller, Sr.; her parents A. T. Brown and Flora Mae (Kennedy) Brown of Ripley, TN; one brother, James Wendell Brown of Ripley, TN. She is survived by three sons: Virgil L. Miller, Jr. (Barbara) of Cartersville GA; Donald O. Miller (Elizabeth) of Hamilton AL; and, Gary L. Miller of Denver CO, six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
