Ollie Noreen Adams, 68, died January 31, 2014 at Methodist North Hospital. Noreen loved cooking, caring for others, and being helpful. She never met a stranger. Noreen was a nurse at St Peter''s Villa Nursing Home and the VA Hospital Memphis. She is survived by her siblings, Jay (Pat) Adams of Brighton; Ralph (Jean) Adams of Murfreesboro; and Terry Adams of Memphis; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by Michael Todd Adams, her son; and Chief Petty Officer Norwood and Ollie Adams, her parents. The family will receive friends at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Sunday, February 2, 2014 from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Sunday.
