Ola Mae Van Neste entered into her heavenly rest on October 26, 2020. She was born on April 5, 1923 to Frank Lewis and Margaret Idella Breland.   She was preceded in death by six brothers and one sister. She graduated from Mathiston High School in Mathiston, MS in 1942. She lived most of her adult life in Memphis, Tennessee, where she was a secretary for Memphis Hardwood Flooring Company for about 35 years. She is survived by one son, Larry Van Neste (Barbara) of Millington TN. Three grandsons Douglas Van Neste (deceased) (Marti), Ray Van Neste (Tammie) of Jackson, TN, Scott Van Neste (Angela) of Frankfort, KY made her life complete. Added to the family are 16 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She will be remembered lovingly by the many children she taught so faithfully at Frayser Baptist Church and Sky View Baptist Church in Memphis as well as First Baptist Church in Millington.

Because Mrs. Van Neste so loved faithful teaching and preaching of God's Word, the family asks that, in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts be given to the School of Theology & Missions Scholarship Fund at Union University in Jackson, TN.
