Neil Allen Sigler was born December 5, 1931 and passed away on June 24, 2016. He was a member of Mt. Vernon Memorial for 70 years, and served in many capacities over the years. He attended Memphis State University. He served in combat with the 1st Marine Division during the Korean Conflict from 1950 to 1951. He retired after 35 years from International Harvester.
He is preceded in death by his parents Neil and Martha Sigler, sister Dorothy Sigler Escue, and daughter Denise Barnes
Survivors include his wife of 64 years Mrs. Evelyn Sigler, grandsons RJ Whittington and Barry Allen Sigler, and son in law Andrew Barnes who we would like to give special thanks to.
Visitation will be Monday, June 27th for 10:00 until 11:00 am at Mt. Vernon Memorial. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00. Interment will be in Mt. Vernon Memorial Cemetery.
