Naomi was born to Hattie and Oscar Burns in Dyersburg, TN. She lived in Memphis and Millington most of her adult life. She was a bus driver for Shelby County School for many years. She was perceded in her death by both parents and all her 12 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Harold Chipman but known to all as Buck Chipman of Atoka, TN. Three sons, William "Skip" (Becky) Chipman of Millington, TN., Terry (Jackie) Chipman of Drummonds, TN. One Daugter Nina (Mike) Sweeney of New Orleans, LA. She also leaves 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grand children. Services will be held on Friday September 4, 2009 at 11:00 am at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home.
