Nancy Joan Sasser 74 years old, died Tuesday, September 30, 2008 She is survived by 1 daughter Tina Thames, 3 sons Gene, Wayne amd Wesley Sasser, 4 sisters Juanita, Rosita, Winnie, and Barbara, 2 brothers Gene and Lonnie 11 Grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Edward E and Ella Lois Gewin 2 sons James and Kevin 2 sisters Edna and Patsy 1 brother Lee and 1 grandson donovan she was a retired executive assistant. She was a member of our lady of sorrows and a board member of the faraway cherokee association. Memorials may be sent to the our lady of sorrows. Funeral Services were held Saturday, October 4, 2008 at our lady of sorrows with burial in northridge woodhaven cemetery.
