Mildred Pauline Lucas, 78, died Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at Gallaway Healthcare Center in Gallaway, TN. Mrs. Lucas was a member of First Baptist Church Millington and worked as a payroll clerk for City of Memphis Parks and Recreation. Her real passion in life was her husband, children, and grandchildren. Surviving is her husband of 57 years, Jack Douglas Lucas; her two children, Paul Douglas Lucas (Vickie); Jackie Guthrie (David); seven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home Thursday, August 15, 2013 from 5 - 8. Funeral services will be at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Friday, August 16, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery. The family requests that memorials be sent to First Baptist Church of Millington.
