Michael Harold Massey, 57, of Olive Branch, MS, departed this life on Monday, August 13, 2018, at North Delta Hospice & Palliative Services in Southaven, MS.  He was born in Memphis, TN on April 16, 1961 and lived most of life in the Memphis area.  He was preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Harold Massey.  He is survived by one son, Matthew H. Massey; his mother, Betty Jeanenne Massey; one brother, Ronald A. Massey(Tricia), and three nephews.  Before cancer restricted him, he had a love for fishing that continued a long-standing family tradition and passion.  A graveside service for Mike will occur at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, August 15, 2018, at Forest Hill Memorial Park-South in Memphis, TN.  Interment will follow.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.   Home & Memorial Park-South (901)346-3250
