Michael Lee Eubanks, 59, of Jacksonville, Florida died July 2, 2013 in Florida. Mr. Eubanks loved tennis and the Florida Gators. Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Melanie Eubanks, of Jacksonville, FL; Children, Andrea Eubanks of Memphis; Brett Yost of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Presley, Lily, Mason, and Kyleigh; sisters, Judy Fiene (Jack) of Millington; Jan Nelson of Whitesburg, GA; Steve Eubanks (Sharon) of Sardis, MS; and Brenda Kay Hurd (David) of Spartanburg, SC. Preceding him in death was his brother, George W. Eubanks, Jr. A Celebration of Life will be held at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. A reception and visitation will be held at the funeral home following the service. Interment at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery will be private.
