Mary L. Wright, 80, of Oakland, TN passed away, Wednesday, July 24, 2019. Mary was born on July 17, 1939, in Kerrville, TN to James and Alphie (Draughton) McDaniel. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Elmer F. Wright of Oakland, TN; 2 sons, Michael and his wife Joanne of Bartlett, TN and Richard Wright of Memphis, TN; 5 grandchildren: Stacie Byard (Jerry), Pamela Wright, Karen Wright, Chance Keeley, and Devon ?; and 3 great-grandchildren: Kayla Arnold, Sarah Byard, and Jeremiah Byard. Mary was a member of the Cornerstone Church. The family will receive friends for a period of visitation on Saturday, July 27, 2019, from 1-2 pm with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 pm. All services and interment will be held at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home and Cemetery.
