Margaret Helen Nowlin (Price)-Age 88 passed away January 19, 2018. She was born on October 25, 1929 to Harl Wayne and Carrie Gladyse Price (Shumate) in Greenbrier, Arkansas (Faulkner County). She is preceded in death by her husband, Clay Collins Nowlin; son, Robert Wayne Nowlin; her parents; sister, Pauline G. Hall and brother, Russell D. Price. Survivors include daughters, Sharon Morgan and Jolene Barton; son, Jerry Nowlin (Linda); sister, Monnie G. Koch; six grandchildren, Randle Barton (Eren), Michael Nowlin (Lorie), Michelle Billings (Brandon), Laurie Hagan (Scott), Alyce Robbins (Rick) and Whitney Viard (Mickael); ten great-grandchildren, Lauren, Adelyn, Maigon, Britani, Autumn, Matthew, Vaiden, Margaux, Matthieu and Molly.
Margaret enjoyed playing BINGO, dancing, talking to people (she was motherly to all), getting her hair and nails done, watching movies on the Hallmark Channel, and she especially loved cooking for family, neighbors and friends. She also enjoyed taking walks with her best friend Kate or her husband Clay, collecting cans, mowing and weed eating the yard, but most of all, she enjoyed her family.
The family wants to thank the Memphis Jewish Home and Rehab for the excellent care given to their Mother, and Crossroads Hospice for making their Mom''s last days comfortable.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 23, 2018 from 10am-11am with the funeral service at 11am, with interment to follow. Visitation and services will take place at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home 6755 Hwy 51 N. in Millington. 901-872-3375
