Edna Louise Huchel left us to be with her Lord and Savior on October 7, 2022. She was born in Oblong, IL on July 17, 1937. She preferred to be
called Louise. She was preceded in death by her son, Gerald Duane Jr., her parents George and Lucille Dennis of Oblong, IL, Sisters,Ruth
Inboden of Oblong, IL and Juanita Shafer of Oblong, IL, brothers, Jim Dennis of Oblong, IL and Tom Dennis of Robinson, IL. She is survived
by Gerald Huchel, her husband of 64 years, daughters Jacqueline Hardin of Atoka, TN and Cheryl Woods of Bartlett, TN, 5 grand-children and 8
great grand-children, sisters Linda Graham of Hobart IN and Barbara Hout of Oblong, IL. She has been a member of Hampton Memorial
Methodist Church for 42 years. She loved reading especially the Bible, cooking large family dinners, and spending time with her grand-children
and great grand-children. Louise will be greatly missed by her family,and many close friends.
