L. KATHERINE JARRED, M.D., a former resident of Bartlett, died at her home in Franklin, TN on Friday, January 29, 2010. Doctor Jarred was a retired Physician who practiced pediatric medicine in Bartlett for many years. She is survived by her daughter, Misti Flake; mother, Alma Sanders; brothers and sisters-in-law, Les and Margaret Jarred and Jesse and Patricia Jarred; sisters and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Henry Shires, Sue Smith, Wanda Maness and Andrea Jones, and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and good friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Buddy Jarred. A Friends and Family Gathering will be held on Friday from 5-7 p.m. at the Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home in Millington, TN.
