On November 2, 2024, Lois "Nana" Audrey Ashley passed away peacefully at the age of 97.

She was predeceased by her husband Calvin Keith Ashley.

The mother of 2 children, daughter Jackie Carol Brown and son Gary Wayne Ashley, both of Bartlett, TN. Two grandchildren and Two great grandchildren, all of Bartlett, TN.

Lois and Calvin met while he was working in Louisiana. They married in January 1944. During their married life, they moved many times between Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Texas, and Louisiana. Both of their children were born in Texas.

She loved her family, friends, neighbors, and church family. She was a long time member of Providence Baptist Church.

Her hobbies were cooking, reading, and studying her bible. She being from Southern Louisiana, loved to prepare and share meals for anyone in need. She always had a smile and kind words for everyone who entered or passed by her door.

She will be loved and missed by many friends she has met along the way.
