Leadrew Ervin, 80, went to be with our Lord and his loving wife, Irma on Wednesday October 6, 2010 in Millington, TN. Mr. Ervin was a U.S. Army Veteran and a retired Maintenance Mechanic in the meat packing industry. He was a member of the Millington Church of Christ which was his extended family. He enjoyed life to the fullest and had a love for fishing, his gardening and his menagerie of animals. He is survived by his son: Charles L. (Sandra) Ervin, daughters: Margie E. (John) Sullivan and Patricia L. (Stan) Dickerson, brother: Samual D. Ervin, grandchildren: Elizabeth Sullivan, Carrie (Rob) Haines, Chris (Stacey) Ervin, Rebecca Harris, Kate (Bryan) Beck, Matt (Lindsay) Dickerson, Annie Dickerson and Michelle (Micah) Miller, great-grandchildren: Nathan, Kacie, Alexis, Ethan, Seth, Taylor and Cole. He was preceded in death by his wife: Irma L. Ervin, parents: Samuel and Donnie Ervin, brothers: Gerald and Joe Ervin, sisters: Verble Pilkington, Jean Timbs and Ann Good. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, October 8, at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home in Millington, TN. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 9, in the Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Chapel with interment to follow in Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
