Larry Albert Governatori (81) passed away peacefully at his home in Millington TN, on 04/05/2025 surrounded by family, after a courageous battle with lung cancer. He was such a sweet soul and just a unique person in general. He took great pride in everything he did. He loved the outdoors, some of his favorite hobbies were playing pool at the pool hall or cutting the pasture on his big orange tractor. He was a lover of all the simple things and lived a glorious life. He was the greatest husband, father, and pawpaw and loved his family entirely. Larry will be missed by an abundance of people and was loved by so many. He is preceded in death by his parents; Albert Governatori (father) Herman Smith (step father),and Gladys Smith(mother).He is also preceded in death by his wife Evelyn Juanita Governatori, his daughters Julie Ann Governatori and Krissy Governatori, and his son Larry Michael Governatori and grandson, Nate Forrest. He is survived by his grandchildren, Kara, Katie, Bailee, Noah, Nadalynn, and Zoea, and many great grandchildren.
