Kenneth Lynn Barnett, 64, of Rosemark, TN passed away Friday, June 5, 2020. Mr. Barnett was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth D. Barnett; and brother, Scotty Keith Barnett. He is survived by his mother, Gladys Ree Barnett; wife of 22 years, Sue Fairbotham; daughter, Kenya Ree Barnett; son, Austin Lee Barnett; grandchildren, Olivia Grace Barnett, and Morgan Paige Barnett; and his two beloved dogs, Abbie and Bella Paige. Mr. Barnett served our country in the United States Marine Corps. After the Marines, he worked as a truck driver. He then went on to serve on Campus Safety for 27 years at Rhodes College. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, from 5:00 PM -7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June 10, 2020. Both visitation and funeral will be held at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East. Interment will follow at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens on Germantown Parkway.
