Katie Pauline Mallady, 86, of Millington, TN died July 16, 2024, at Millington Health Care Center in Millington, TN.  She was born March 16, 1938, in Arkansas to the late Vernon Crittenden and Cairie Dell Abernathy Mallady.

Katie was very kind and loving. She would have made a wonderful teacher with all her knowledge and patience. She had an embossed seal on her high school diploma, and she was top of her class on short-hand. She was an avid reader. She also loved English.

Anyone that spent five minutes with her would know she loved God above all else, give her another minute and she would tell you all about Him! She spent her whole life dedicated to her family. She put others before herself and would not complain even though she was always sick herself. We all have so many fond memories with her.

Pauline was a 2nd Mom to her baby sister, her niece and her nephew too! She touched all the lives around her in meaningful ways and had a lasting impact on countless. She will be greatly missed by All of her family. We will forever love her dearly.

Family and friends will gather Monday July 22, 2024, from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home, 6755 HWY 51 N Millington, TN 38053.  A Celebration of Life Service will be at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
