Judy Carol Hendren Williams Mueller was born to Maggie Sue Chandler and Marvin Emmett Hendren on July 22, 1947, in Ripley, Tn. She went home to our Lord surrounded by family and friends on April 13, 2022, at the age of 74 years, 8 months, and 29 days.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband of almost 28 years Phil Mueller who passed earlier this month, as well as her first husband, Jerry Wayne Williams who passed in 1993. She has also joined her mother, Maggie Sue Chandler Hendren and her father Marvin Emmett, both of Ripley TN.
Judy is survived by her four sons, Curtis (Teresa) Williams of Drummonds, Jeff (Kristin) Williams of Brighton, Otto Phillip (Lisa) Mueller III of Southaven, MS, and David Paul Mueller of Memphis; her two sisters, Jane (Carl) Livingston, and Shirley Jean (Bill) Guy; her two brothers, Robert Emmett (Brenda) Hendren, and Joe Marvin (Patsy) Hendren; her grandchildren, Julianna Kate Thompson, Josi Caroline Holiman, Jacqueline Hanley Williams, Jerry Wayne Williams II, Jamie Noelle Williams, Hailey Kristan Williams, Katherine Mackenzie Janes, and Avery Williams; and one great granddaughter, Svia Elise Thompson.
Judy graduated 7 th in her class from Millington High School in 1965. After becoming a wife and mother, she then went to work as the Corporate Office Manager at Memphis Radiological Professional Corporation, and then as the Credentialing and Compliance Manager at MED-ARM Corporation. After retiring from Med - Arm, she rejoined the workforce at Cannon & Co., CPA, moving on to ATA, CPA before retiring for good to enjoy her family.
Judy attended Raleigh Assembly of God for 36 years before serving at River of Life for six. During her time serving the Lord she helped with M.A.P.S., The Royal Family Kids Camps, Coordinated funeral dinners, food bank, board member, a quilter, and many others.
Judy had a heart for mission and a love for travel, helping her sons get to Africa and Thailand and helping her granddaughter get to Italy. Her love for the Lord was evident in every aspect of her life. She gave her life to Christ as a child and stayed strong and steady on her journey. She could solve any problem and was always available to her family, friends, and church. She loved to quilt and could sew pretty much anything you needed.
