Joyce Scroggins, born May 26, 1928 passed away Wednesday, June 6 at her daughter's home in Millington, TN.  She enjoyed hunting, fishing and her family, especially her grandchildren.  She leaves behind her daughter, Diane Nearn (Willie); son, Norman Scroggins (Kathy); sister, Sue Higgins; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Arnold Scroggins; parents, Brodie and Utah Lofton; 4 brothers, Orman, Avle, Harold and Elmo; 2 sisters, Yvonne and Carmen and granddaughter, Rebecca Lynn Scroggins.  Viewing will be Monday, June 11 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, with the funeral service beginning at 1:00pm.  Interment to follow with Danny Nearn, Billy Nearn, Brandon Stubblefield, Austin Brenner, Troy Walls, David Wilson and Chris Golden will serve as pallbearers.  All visitation and services will take place at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home 6755 Hwy 51 N.
