John L. Moore, 90, died June 12, 2013 at his Millington residence surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Moore was a WWII Navy Veteran and was retired from International Harvester. He is survived by his son, Johnny Keith Moore (Catherine) of Millington; three grandchildren; Terry Barbee, Shawn Moore, Michelle Coop and eight great-grandchildren; Michael, Nathan, Tyler, Cody, Rebecca, Lexi, Sarabeth, and Breanna. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carrie N. Moore; daughter, Linda Kay Moore; and six brothers. The family will receive friends at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Friday, June 14 from 5-8.
