Obituary

John Garrigus, 87, of Millington, went to be with the Lord on August 18, 2018. John was a 20 year veteran having retired a Navy Chief and honorably served during the Korean conflict and Viet Nam war. John was a member of First Baptist Church of Millington. He is survived by his daughter, Sherry (Ronnie) Clowes; brothers, Dennis Hampton of Summit, Ar and Jimmy Hampton of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Penny (Mark) Wilkins, Chase (Becky) Weldon and Amy Clowes; great-grandchildren Oliver and Emma Wilkins, Hazel and Harper Weldon and Lydia Clowes as well as a host of extended family and friends. John will forever be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Visiation will be from 11am to 1pm Wednesday August 22, 2018 with Funeral at 1pm and Committal to follow. All services will be held at Northridge- Woodhaven Funeral Home and Cemetery 6755 Hwy. 51 N., Millington, TN 38053 (901) 872-3375.
