Joe Walker McKinney, 85, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2022 in Memphis, TN. He leaves behind one son Nathan McKinney and one granddaughter, Brooke Trenthem. He is preceded in death by his wife, Josephine McKinney; his parents , Alton and Josephine McKinney; and one brother, Robert McKinney.

Joe was a longtime member of Crossroads Baptist Church and retired from the United States Navy. In his free time he enjoyed spending time with his family, watching his favorite sports teams and the History Channel and staying up to date with current political news.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 2:00p.m. at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home.
