Jimmy M. Pruitt, age 73, of Millington, TN passed away January 3, 2011 at his residence. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery. Mr. Pruitt was a retired Chief Petty Officer with the US Navy, and was an avid U of M Tigers basketball fan. He leaves his wife of 55 years, Sue Pruitt of Millington; one son, James David Pruitt of Snow Camp, NC; one daughter, Robbie Lynn Conn of Bartlett, TN; two brothers, William E. Pruitt of Horn Lake, MS and Benjamin Pruitt of Heber Springs, AR; one sister, Geraldine Wilson of Bartlett; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
