Jimmie "Jimbo" White Jr., 56, passed away February 21, 2017. Visitation will be held Monday, February 27th from 5:00 until 8:00 pm at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, February 28th at 2:00 pm also at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home. Interment will be in Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
He graduated class of 1980 from Millington Central High School. Jimbo was a very proud father, and loved playing video games and music with his son Josh; he loved playing softball throughout his life, and was highly thought of in the Memphis music community. Many of the bands he worked with described him as a truly great person, incredible guitar tech, and a great friend you could always count on.
He was preceded in death by his mother Mrs. Betty White.
Survivors include his father Mr. Jimmie White Sr. and Barbara White, sons; Josh White and Joey Wilkerson, daughter, Julie Litton, three brothers; Darryl White, Robert White, and Johnny Brizendine, four sisters; Brenda Rose, Donna Blaylock, Tammy Rivera, and Teresa Brizendine, four grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
