Jewel K. Henderson, age 86, passed away July 30, 2011 in Memphis, TN. Visitation will be Monday, August 1 from 12:30 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m., both at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery. Mrs. Henderson was a homemaker, an avid gardener, and totally devoted to her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Henderson, and her daughter, Jessie Ruth Warrington. She leaves one daughter, Carolyn Harrison (William) of Millington, TN; three sons, James M. Henderson (Beverly) of Memphis, William H. Henderson (Patricia) of Braxton, MS, and Larry Henderson of Millington. She also leaves 19 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
