Jerry W. Crook was born August 19, 1955, in Memphis, Tennessee. He attended Trezevant High School and would later become a Surveyor with Tidwell Survey Company. Jerry had many hobbies and interest but loved cars and motorcycles the most. Jerry never met a stranger and was loved by all who knew him.

Jerry is survived by his son Joshua Crook (Ashley), grandchildren, Dalton and Dakota, brother, Donald Crook (Susan). He was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby and Shirley Crook.
