JASON E. CARLSEN, 24, of Millington, TN, went to be with the Lord on February 26, 2009 due to complications associated with Huntington''s disease. He is survived by his father and stepmother, James and Betty Carlsen; his sister, Amber Carlsen (Darrell) Gaines; nephew, Andrew Carlsen; grandparents, Larry and Linda Davenport, Joe and Ruby Boyd; his aunts and uncle, Cathy Carlsen Mabe, Joe and Sandy Boyd, Glenda Boyd and cousins, A. J. and Logan, and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Kelly L. Davenport Carlsen and grandparents, Jim and Jeannie Carlsen. He was employed by Kroger''s in Millington. He attended Millington Central High. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, and Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, March 5 at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home, with graveside service to follow in Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
