Janet Sue Bloodworth Smith (Kazee) age 72 of Memphis, TN passed away on May 21, 2018.  She was born on January 21, 1946 in Anna, IL to George and Lenore Thomas Bloodworth.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Tim Smith; her parents; one sister, Wilma Limpert and one brother, Larry Bloodworth.  Survivors include two sons, Kevin Smith and Kirt Smith (Stacy); three stepchildren, Zena Sparks, Kimberly Woods and Timothy Allen Smith, Jr.; one brother, Willard Bloodworth; four grandchildren, Samuel Smith, Shirah Radcliffe, Christina Headstream and Christopher Smith; six step grandchildren, Kristopher, Jeremy, Michelle, Nick, Sabrina and Timothy III.  She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren with one on the way.

Janet was a member of Easthill Baptist Church.  One of her favorite things in life was spending time with and providing for her great-grandchildren.  They enjoyed playing together, and they fondly called her "Gigi".  Visitation will be on Thursday, May 24 from 5-7pm, and the funeral service will be on Friday, May 25 at 10am.  Interment will follow.  All visitation and services will be held at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home and Cemetery 6755 Hwy 51 N Millington, TN 901-872-3375
