James Parmer Jones, 91, of Horn Lake, Mississippi died July 4, 2014 at North Delta Hospice. Mr. Jones retired from International Harvester in 1983. He enjoyed fishing. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Emma Jean Jones; children, Judy Pirtle of Hampton, NH; Terren Jones of Horn Lake; step children, Sandra Younger of Sugar Tree, TN; Michael George of Sugar Tree, TN; and Samuel George of Sugar Tree, TN; grandchildren, Carolyn, Tammy, Wayne Jr., Gregory, and Amy; and five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Wayne Jones, and granddaughter Laura. The family will receive friends at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Monday, July 7, 2014 from 11:00 - 1:00. Funeral Services begin at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
