James Luke Dimond, born December 28, 1928 in North Braddock, PA, died Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at his home in Millington, TN. He retired from the US Navy in 1968. He then went to work at the Memphis International Airport, where he retired in 1989 as the Building Maintenance Supervisor. He was a Mason for over 50 years; a life member of VFW Post 7175 and a member of Fleet Reserve Association, Branch 86. He leaves his wife Reba; son Lee (Joellen) and grandson, Alexander; sister Jane Bird of Export, PA; niece Nancy Johnson (Keith); niece Judy Doyle (Tommy); one great-niece and two great-nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 20 at 12 noon with the services to follow at 1 p.m., both at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home, 6755 Hwy. 51 N. in Millington.
