Jamie Marie Jordan, 43, born September 22, 1969 in Cleveland, Ohio, died February 21, 2013 in Millington, Tennessee, died from complications due to renal failure and was awaiting a kidney transplant when the Lord took her home.

Jamie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Arthur and Florence Timmerman, and her sister, Missy Parks. She is survived by her parents, Robert and Judith Freeman; her brothers, Mike Freeman (Jennifer); and Bob Freeman (Paul); and sisters, Penny Freeman Hill (Jerry); and Kim Freeman Harbin (Jim); and nieces and nephews, Kayla Freeman, Sami Freeman, Chelsea Harbin, Tripp Harbin, Jillian Harbin, Everette Hill, Bennette Hill, Owen Hensley, and Lily Hensley.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, February 24, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home. The family requests that memorials be directed to the National Kidney Foundation.
