Harold Wilson Letney, lovingly known by many as "H," age 63, passed away on February 10, 2026. He passed peacefully in the comfort of his home, surrounded by loved ones.

Harold leaves behind his wife, Sarah Catherine Letney. Although they were separated, they spent many years together raising children and nurturing cherished memories. He also leaves behind Melissa, lovingly known as "Midge." They shared 14 wonderful years together, and he was blessed to have been loved so completely—not only by her, but by her family as well.

He is survived by his three daughters, Amber Nicole Letney, Jennifer Lee Letney, and Tammy Rodgers Jones; two stepdaughters, Joanna Cales and Allyson Timm; and his goddaughter, Tamela Rees (Raymond). He also leaves behind his sisters, Cynthia Thomasson, Ginger Peak, and Lisa Rodgers; and his brothers, Steve and Shannon Jones. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Mary and Portia.

Harold was a proud grandfather to Cheyenne, Robert, Aidan, Michael, Rebecca, Abigail, Shannon, Anthony, Kelsi, Becca, Joe, Harley, Marshall, Brianna, and Opal, and a loving great-grandfather to Gabriella, Sarina, and Aurelia.

A special acknowledgment is given to those who considered him a son: Marshall and Melba Jones, and Bill and Luzetta Curry.

There simply isn't enough room to list the many friends he considered family.

Harold was full of life and always busy—whether building something, working on vehicles, or fixing whatever needed attention. He was a man who worked with his hands and was always ready to make you laugh. He loved his dogs, Spike and Shadow, very much.

Harold was the kind of man who showed up. No matter the time or distance, if you needed him, he would come. He was a good man with strong loyalties and a generous heart.

Taken too soon, he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. If he could tell us anything today, it would be to smile in remembrance of him.
