Gloria Sue Wright, a devoted Christian who lived her faith with kindness and service, was born on July 9, 1946, in Memphis, TN, and passed away on December 21, 2025, in Memphis, TN. She was a dedicated member of her community and will be deeply missed. Gloria attended Millington High School and had a successful career, serving as a sales representative for JCPenney, a Title Clerk for Madison Cadillac, and ultimately as an Administrative Assistant at Munford Funeral Home. She also held a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and worked as a truck driver for Swift Trucking, showcasing her adventurous spirit and dedication.
She is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth Wright of Millington; her son, Michael Sherrill (Teresa) of Millington; her daughters, Sherry Malone (Dennis) of Arkansas and Kathy Dunn (Terry) of Burlison; her sisters, Margie Davis and Bonnie Bolgeo. Gloria was a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, and she cherished her many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Henry Huffman, mother, Edith Huffman; and sister Evelyn Collins. Gloria's kind spirit and warm heart touched the lives of all who knew her.
A viewing for family and friends will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery and Funeral Home, located at 6755 US-51, Millington, TN 38053, followed by a graveside service at 2:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Dementia Society.
